The purpose of this requirement is to furnish and deliver two replacement domestic water booster pump assemblies to restore reliability and redundancy to the domestic water system serving Building 100 (Main Hospital). Building 100 is a five-level hospital currently operating with only one functional booster pump, creating a risk of inadequate domestic water pressure to upper floors in the event of system failure. The contractor shall provide two complete domestic water booster pump assemblies, Aurora model 411 or equal as approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative prior to award, suitable for installation in the existing domestic water booster system. Pumps shall be horizontal split-case configuration and meet the required size, performance, speed, motor, coupling, and base characteristics. Deliverables include the complete pump assemblies, manufacturer product data and cut sheets, performance curves, motor data, installation and maintenance manuals, warranty documentation, and a packing list identifying all shipped components. All items shall be delivered within 90 days of purchase order processing, with deliveries scheduled during normal working hours. Location: C.W.
