Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Evans, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,375-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility.
The Project consists of the construction of a new detached post and beam garage and storage building including open storage bays and an enclosed conditioned maintenance bay, and conditioned storage bay with a new toilet room, doors/door hardware, and new roll up coil door. The building will be served by new utilities including, water supply, gas supply, electrical supply and load center panel, lighting, and low voltage pathways. Work also includes a new concrete pad for cold patch and a gravel lay-down area for pipe storage. Site work includes a new access road, a new underground storm detention system, new bioretention areas, and associated appurtenances, a SAN grinder pump with structure for the new garage building, and relocation of existing storm and sanitary systems to accommodate new storm and detention systems.
