The Town of Scituate is seeking sealed bids for the construction of an ADA accessible bandstand to replace the original structure that was demolished. Sealed bids will be received and publicly opened and read at the Office of the Town Administrator. Construction cannot begin until after the summer season in mid-October and must be completed by November 21. The Town Administrator reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to waive any informality, to divide the award, and to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of the Town. No electronic or faxed bids will be accepted.
