Town of Scituate is Seeking Sealed Bids for the Construction of an Ada Accessible Bandstand to Replace the Temporary Structure Which Replaced the Original Structure Which Was Demolished in March 2026. The Town Administrator Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any Bid, to Waive Any Informality, to Divide the Award and to Accept Any Bid Deemed in the Best Interest of the Town of Scituate. No Late, Electronic or Faxed Bids Will Be Accepted. Please email accounting@scituatema.gov with questions Question Deadline 09/09/2026 at 11:00 AM ET Scope of Work: Construction of an ADA accessible bandstand. Material and specifications pursuant to plans in Exhibit B. Removal and proper disposal of all waste materials for the property is critical in order to maintain a safe and neat professional appearance. Magnet rollers to pick up any loose nails required. Temporary fencing around area to be included in bid price. Site work excavation is responsibility of the awarded contractor Electrical work to be performed by others. Modular ramp to be provided by owner and attached by awarded contractor.
