Separate sealed bids for HUR-Plymouth East Road will be received by the Village of Plymouth. Bid documents including the Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and required forms may be examined at the Village of Plymouth or Richland Engineering. Copies may be obtained from Richland Engineering for a non-refundable fee. Only bidders who have obtained and paid for a complete bid package from Richland Engineering will have their bids considered. Each bid must include bid security as outlined in the Information for Bidders, and a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond must be provided in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bidders must submit the full names of all parties and evidence of experience on similar projects. All contractors and subcontractors are to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor as practicable, and must comply with Ohio equal employment opportunity requirements. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates as set by the Ohio Department of Commerce. No pre-bid meeting is planned, but bidders are advised to visit the project site.
