Work consists of replacement of existing electrical distribution equipment serving Wilson Apartments, including panelboards, unit loadcenters, feeders, branch circuit reconnections, demolition of replaced electrical equipment, temporary power and outage coordination, and related appurtenances. All plan holders who order electronic proposals through QuestCDN will receive addenda as they are released; however, it is the Contractor’s full responsibility to ensure they have received all addenda prior to the submittal of bids. Sealed Bids Only will be received by St. Cloud Housing and Redevelopment Authority. Plan holders will receive an email when bidding documents are ready for download.
