Demolition and renovation of an educational facility in Glendo, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work includes but is not limited to: the selective demolition and renovation of finishes, fixtures, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural steel and wood, roofing, other finishes, systems, and components. The Work will occur at Glendo Elementary School. This project is to be awarded under a single Contract. The Owner has already purchased the mechanical units. The contractor is responsible for taking possession and installing the mechanical units and providing warranties for both units. Submit written proposals. Sealed proposals shall be marked “Platte County School District No. 1 - Glendo Elementary School HVAC Renovations” and shall state the name of the company bidding on the outside of the envelope. Proposals will not be accepted after the designated date and time.
