Sealed bids, clearly marked "Sealed Bid - School Paving Project," are solicited for the following contract work: paving at East Derry Elementary School and Strodes Mills Elementary School. Contract Documents must be obtained from The EADS Group, Inc., in electronic format at no cost, and only those who obtain documents are eligible to bid. A certified check or Bid Bond for ten percent of the bid amount must accompany each bid. All contractors must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference at East Derry Elementary School. The contractor must comply with Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates and the Steel Procurement Act, and all work must be completed according to PennDOT Specifications (Pub 408) as outlined in the contract documents. The construction period is thirty consecutive calendar days, beginning on or about June 8, 2026, and all work must be completed no later than August 21, 2026.
