Furnish and place approximately 15,689 SY of asphalt double seal coat; furnish and place approximately 22,801 SY of asphalt fog seal; furnish and place approximately 7,112 SY of asphalt fiber seal. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of each contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance, will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
