Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work involves the 2026 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project for the City of Marshfield. The principal items include CIPP lining of 8" diameter sewer main (507 linear feet), 10" diameter sewer main (755 linear feet), 24" diameter sewer main (946 linear feet), CIPP 1-piece lateral renewal connection system (21 each), CIPP lining of 6" diameter laterals (17 each), and hydro-excavation of installed lateral cleanouts (17 each). Bidders must submit bid security equal to five percent of the total bid amount as a guarantee of executing and filing the proper contract and performance/payment bond within twenty days of award. Bids may not be withdrawn for thirty days after the bid opening. Bidding documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN; registration is required to become an authorized plan holder and eligible to submit a bid. Bids must be submitted online via QuestCDN after downloading the documents, and a non-refundable fee applies. Only those on the plan holders list will be accepted. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities in the bidding procedure. The contract is subject to applicable Wisconsin Statutes.
