The project involves milling and paving East Ave from the east side of the intersection with Cleveland Place to the City of Lockport City Line, just east of Davison Road, covering approximately 3,500 linear feet. It also includes milling and paving Levan Ave from the edge to East Ave, and the Bullnose between East Ave and Levan Ave. All side streets within the East Ave Project Limits are included, along with restriping the double yellow centerline, stop bars, and crosswalks.
