This solicitation is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) as well as a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction Services necessary for the Project. Proposers are required to respond to both the RFQ/RFP in accordance with the requirements set forth. The replacement elevator shall be a machine room-less type elevator and serve three floors and have a minimum capacity of 2,500 pounds and a minimum speed of 150 feet per minute. All removals, additions, and modifications to the existing building systems and structures shall be made to provide a complete and operational replacement elevator. - Includes: Engineering & Architectural Requirements, Elevator, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical This is a design/build project. Please bid accordingly. Proposers must respond to BOTH the RFQ and the RFP, however such responses must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked with the name of the Proposer and the words "Response to 26-04 RFQ for Architectural, Engineering and Construction Services for Elevator Replacement at Wolcott Town Hall" or "Response to 26-04 RFP for Architectural, Engineering and Construction Services for Elevator Replacement at Wolcott Town Hall", as applicable. Any questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted only by email to bids@wolcottct.org no later than May 27, 2026 at 3:00 pm. Responses will be provided by email to all proposers that directly requested an RFP Package as well as being posted on the CT DAS Portal as an addendum no later than June 4, 2026. Under no circumstances will the Town respond to verbal requests.
