Site work and new construction of an industrial development in East Freedom, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a industrial development.
The project consists of the construction of the Eyler Animal Roofed Heavy Use Area in Greenfield Township, Blair County, PA. There are three separate phases for the project: (1) Excavation, including water well; (2) Concrete; and (3) Building. Bidders can submit bids for one, two, or all three phases. Bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope and include the bidder's name, address, and the designation 'Eyler ARHUA - Bid.' The work must be fully and acceptably completed by the specified completion date. Successful bidders must comply with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Minimum Wage requirements, execute contract documents, and provide evidence of insurance coverage prior to the issuance of a contract and commencement of work. The District reserves the right to postpone or cancel receipt of bids and to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, as best serves the District's interest. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid site showing. Bidding documents are available at the District Office for a fee or electronically from the District website.
