Renovation of a fire / police facility in Kihei, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by one of the following forms of bidder's security : cash , a cashier's check , or a certified check on a bank insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation , or a bidder's bond executed by an approved surety insurer , made payable to the Director of Finance in the manner , form , and amount required by Section 103D -323 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes . The proposal guaranty shall be equal to at least five percent (5 % ) of the total amount of the bid submitted . To upgrade the existing server room's HVAC system to support the increased heat load generated from the additional server racks to be installed in the future. Refer to drawings for the associated work requirements.
