Description

Remodeling of a water / sewer project in East Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the remodel of a water / sewer project.

Project scope includes the replacement of three exhaust fans in the P.O. Hoffer Pump Room. The contractor will be responsible for disconnecting and removing the existing fans, conductors, disconnects, and dampers. The contractor will then provide and install three new 1.5 HP, 7000 CFM downblast centrifugal ventilators (Cook Model 330C8B or approved alternate), along with new stainless steel disconnects, automatic backdraft dampers, and start switches. All new equipment must be rated for 480v/3ph/60hz service. The work also includes providing curb adapters if necessary, replacing conductors, and using liquid tight conduit. The contractor is responsible for all permits, crane/rigging, and protecting the existing roof membrane. Question Deadline 05/20/2026 at 5:00 PM ET
