The project has been cancelled as per Addendum 3. Bids are solicited for cleaning and CCTV inspections of various sizes and types of sanitary sewer pipe. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary equipment, materials, and labor for complete performance of the work. Bidders must submit the completed bid pricing form, required attachments, and any required addendum acknowledgments using the provided forms or exact copies. Unsolicited bid samples or descriptive literature will not be examined or tested and will not vary any IFB provisions. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in bid rejection without further consideration. Fayetteville Public Works Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities or technicalities, disregard nonconforming or nonresponsive bids, and re-advertise if deemed in its best interest. No contract is considered awarded until a formal written agreement is executed by both parties. The award will be made to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder whose qualifications indicate the award is in the best interest of Fayetteville Public Works Commission.
