The work consists of supplying 1,800 tons of crushed base, Grading 'W', and 7,900 gallons of dust suppression product for the Dust Suppression Project CM26202. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided in accordance with the contract documents. The project is federally funded, and therefore, there will be no Wyoming Preference, and Davis-Bacon wages will apply. Sealed bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope with the project name. Goshen County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or schedules, to waive minor irregularities and formalities, and to award the contract in whole or in part in the best interest of the Owner.
