Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Ridgecrest, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.

The Sierra Sands Unified School District is requesting proposals for Progressive Design-Build Services for the Pierce II Replacement School Project, a new TK-8 STEM school in Ridgecrest, California. The project will use a Best Value procurement process in accordance with California Public Contract Code §20119, involving a two-phase evaluation with a shortlist of the highest-ranked proposers. Proposers must hold a valid California Class B Contractors License. This project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and skilled and trained workforce provisions. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities.
