Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Ridgecrest, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a military facility.
Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 365 days Project Description: The site Surfacing consists primarily of mostly dirt, with some utilities, and an old fence on the east and west side. Drainage of the site is easterly to an existing swell. There is a canopy which is affixed to facility 00851. This canopy is to remain. This canopy is to be protected in place. The work includes architectural, civil, electrical and mechanical elements such as fencing, water line, lights, drainage and concrete. This project shall be constructed in accordance with all project requirements outlined in the Summary of work, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), and any and all applicable codes, for a complete and functional compound. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information.
