Renovation of a municipal facility in Thiells, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Design ONLY project for Building 9 Egress Stairs. Contractor is required to provide and supply a 1-year warranty on material and labor. There is a mandatory scheduled site visit that must be attended in order to be eligible to submit a quote. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive vendor that provides the lowest cost and meets the requirements detailed in the scope of work. Vendors must demonstrate 2 years of relevant experience on prior projects of similar magnitude upon request. The vendor must adhere to time frames outlined in the scope of work and submit required certificates of Liability Insurance, Worker’s Compensation Insurance, Lobbying Law Forms, and signed Appendix A. All staff working at the project site must sign an attendance sheet. Subcontracting is not allowed without written approval. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor per Labor Law § 220-i prior to submitting a bid and commencing work. Quotes must reflect correct prevailing wages. Only the provided quote proposal form may be used for bid submission; any other forms will not be accepted. Email submission of quotes is preferred.
