The City of Troy, Ohio is seeking proposals from multi-disciplined professional planning, engineering, or architectural design firms for Phase One of a redesign of Paul G. Duke Park. The selected consultant will address current and long-term capacity needs with improvements to vehicular and pedestrian circulation and amenities. The overall objective is to establish Duke Park as a centralized location for sports programming. The project will involve examining the redevelopment and potential expansion of the park in accordance with the 2026 Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The consultant chosen for Phase One may proceed to Phase Two, with scope and fee for the subsequent phase determined after completion of Phase One.
