Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Marion, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a four-room transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
The Project Consists of Constructing Hangar Expansion to the Airport its Existing Hangar Facility, Including Minor Associated Site Work. Work Includes a Four-unit Pre-engineered Metal Building (Pemb) With Aircraft Doors, Electrical Service and Lighting, Heating and Ventilation Systems, and Reinforced Concrete Foundations. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible for the Complete Design and Engineering of the Building System and Foundations, Including Preparation and Submission of All Signed and Sealed Drawings and Calculations Required for Permitting, Fabrication, and Construction in Accordance With the Contract Documents Andapplicable Codes. Bid Bond Guarantee Will Be Required With Each Bid as a Certified Check on a Solvent Bank or a Bid Bond in the Amount of Five (5) Percent of the Total Amount of the Bid, Made Payable to the Marion Board of Aviation Commissioners.
