Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marion, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
The project includes all grading, drainage, and underdrain improvements required to prepare the site for the new pavement section for the partial parallel Taxiway B and Taxiway B2. Major items include temporary soil erosion control, topsoil striping, unclassified excavation, installation of underdrains and associated structures, installation of reinforced concrete pipe and related structures, and fine grading to achieve the specified lines and elevations. This also includes mulching and seeding to stabilize disturbed areas. All bids shall be submitted electronically through QuestCDN electronic bidding service. Guidelines for preparing and submitting a bid are available at the referenced websites. Bid Bond guarantee will be required with each bid as a certified check on a solvent bank or a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Marion Board of Aviation Commissioners.
