This project consists of the replacement of the HVAC system and the Building Automation System (BAS) for a Broward County Health Department Clinic. Deadline to submit Questions Online Portal Jun 5th 2026, 5:00 PM EDT Scope This fixed contract is for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the Broward County Health Department Clinic HVAC Replacement Project located at 2421 SW 6th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL., to replace the building's Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve the interior working environment. The work includes, but is not limited to, HVAC replacement for the first and second floors. This scope involves removal and reinstallation of interior finishes as required for HVAC and structural work. Roof work is limited to the replacement of an existing chiller, exhaust fans, and Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes. Associated ceiling work will be required for the replacement of VAV boxes, and related equipment. Roof patching will be performed only in areas directly adjacent to the work. This is not a full re-roofing project.
