Broward County Aviation Department is seeking up to three professional consultants to provide engineering, architectural, and related services for building projects at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and North Perry Airport (HWO). Services include, but are not limited to, new building construction, modifications, renovation, alterations, and improvements to existing buildings, structures, offices, and accessory buildings located both on landside and airside, and in terminal areas at the airports. Consultants must comply with the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) (Section 287.055, Florida Statutes) and relevant County/State license requirements. The project also includes an Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) County Business Enterprise (CBE) Goal Participation requirement. Vendors are advised that the County reserves the right to review work authorizations for potential conflicts of interest on a case-by-case basis. Vendors performing under a studies, evaluations, and assessments agreement may be precluded from performing subsequent design work arising from such agreements. Price will not be considered in the final evaluation and ranking of firms. Agreements will be negotiated as a lump sum or maximum not-to-exceed, or both, in the County’s best interest. Vendors must submit solicitation responses electronically through BPRO and ensure receipt by the closing date and time.
