Site work for a road / highway in Aleppo Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work consists of furnishing all labor and materials and professional consulting and/or construction services for the Rhodes Ave Landslide Rehab Project Phase II - 2024-GEDTF-054. A complete set of specifications and proposal forms may be obtained through PennBid. Bids will only be received and accepted via the PennBid online electronic bid service. Questions regarding the project must be submitted using the "Vendor Discussions" feature within PennBid. Bids must include a bid bond of not less than 10%. Compliance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of 1961, Civil Rights Act of 1964, Department of Labor Equal Opportunity Clause, Executive Orders 11625 and 12138, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Allegheny County MBE/WBE Program, and Allegheny County Ordinance #6867-12 is required. The Quaker Valley Council of Governments and/or Aleppo Township reserve the right to reject any or all bids, alternates, or parts of bids, and to waive any informality in proposals received.
