Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Newport, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

These specifications are intended to outline, in general terms, the materials and labor necessary to: A) remove existing roof membrane, insulation and vapor barrier and related components B) supply and install new vapor barrier, insulation and roof membrane and C) install new parapet cap, gravel stops and edge metal at the Pend Oreille County Courthouse located at 625 W. 4th St. Newport, WA 99156. All materials and workmanship shall conform to the quality standards commonly accepted within the commercial roofing industry.
