AMMENDMENT 002 6/17/2026: Q&A for RFI bid walk. Is the contractor responsible for patching cracks in cinder blocks in stairwells prior to painting--- Only cracks with out indicators to be installed before work starts. What is required when patching walls along the transition to the ceiling since not painting the ceiling--- Clean transitions lines with no more than 1/8" gap after patching. What is the required final wall texture--- (lots of different textures exist currently, AIRSTA has no specific texture request) Have no specific texture, so long as no more than 3/8" nap rollers are used. Is there a list of room square footage available--- Room Floor Dimensions can be found in the SOW Appendix Drawing. Repainting of interior spaces at the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Astoria, including surface preparation and application of new interior paint in accordance with the requirements detailed in the Statement of Work titled "Hangar Painting." The work consists of one complete job covering designated interior areas, performed in compliance with applicable commercial construction standards and the Davis-Bacon Act wage determination. All work shall meet the specifications, quality standards, and technical requirements established in the attached Statement of Work.
