Potential scope of work (2026-2027): 1. Repurpose and reconfigure a behavior health facility with 6 bedrooms and 4 offices into a temporary housing facility that repurposes two offices into bedrooms and adds a shower room. The Skagit County Crisis Center, 201 Lila Lane, Burlington, WA 98233 is a 4,820 sf building, was constructed in 1988 and is sprinkled with a fire alarm. Future building use will not require Department of Health certification. 2. Minor remodels to improve space utilization by staff and/or public.
