Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The project is generally described as micro-surfacing approximately 61,924 square yards of City of Sheridan streets in the area west of 11th Street between Highland Ave. and Ridgeway Ave. APWA Micro-Surface Seal Section 32 01 13.69 spec Type 2 rock will be required for this project. Bids must be submitted in accordance with and on the forms included in the Project Manual. Each bidder must include a bid security with the bid, payable to the City of Sheridan, in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bids are to remain open for 60 days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities of any bid. The Owner also reserves the right to award the contract to such responsible bidders as may be determined by the Owner. Question Deadline 06/05/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the ENGINEER. Questions received within five days prior to the date for opening of Bids or as stated in the Pre-bid meeting will not be answered.
