Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Collingwood, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
A high-level overview of the scope of work includes: installation of a hydrodynamic mixing system within the Water Tower; installation of a buried isolation valve on the common 400mm inlet/outlet watermain; upgrades to the emergency standby power system, including a new pre-packaged exterior generator system, automatic transfer switch, and SCADA connectivity; miscellaneous mechanical and electrical state-of-good repair upgrades, including replacement of existing electrical panels and heaters; site improvements including installation of a new fence and access gate, grading, landscaping, and restoration. Bidders must submit electronically and be registered as a full document taker on Biddingo.com for their submission to be considered. Bid security in an amount equal to 10% of the bid amount is required. Agreement to Bond for a performance bond and for labour and material bond, each at 50% of the total tender amount, is also required. All submissions must be in English.
