The scope of work under this contract consists of resurfacing various sections of roads within the Town of Collingwood. This includes milling and pulverizing, grading, adjustment, driveway entrance modifications, placement of HL4 Asphalt surface and shouldering. Various provisional items are included to provide flexibility.
