Blueberry River First Nations (BRFN) community water reservoir replacement project, including condition assessment and evaluation of the existing water distribution system. BRFN is undertaking the replacement of the existing community water reservoir. TIMELINE: Request for proposal for the provision of detailed design and engineering services is underway. A feasibility study was completed to review options and confirm the preferred location, type, and capacity of the proposed new reservoir, and this study forms the basis for detailed design and execution. The next project phase is to retain a qualified and experienced engineering consultant to provide comprehensive professional engineering services for the detailed design and construction phases. Further update in late summer 2026, upon award.
