Blueberry River First Nations (BRFN) is inviting qualified proponents to submit proposals for the provision of detailed design and engineering services for the community water reservoir replacement project, including condition assessment and evaluation of the existing water distribution system. BRFN is undertaking the replacement of the existing community water reservoir. A feasibility study was completed to review options and confirm the preferred location, type, and capacity of the proposed new reservoir, and this study forms the basis for detailed design and execution. The next project phase is to retain a qualified and experienced engineering consultant to provide comprehensive professional engineering services for the detailed design and construction phases. The scope of work includes: detailed design and required engineering services for the new water reservoir, condition assessment and evaluation of the existing water distribution system, and planning and support for the decommissioning and disposal of the existing reservoir facility following commissioning of the new facility. Submission type is hard copy only. Bidders should follow the requirements stated in the bid package for further information.
