Clearly indicate Lyons IFB #26-PRV3&5-01 in the subject line. The Town of Lyons is seeking to replace two pressure reducing valves (PRV) located in "PRV3" vault located in Railroad Avenue just east of 4th Avenue and tow PRVs in "PRV5" vault behind Spirit Hounds Distillery in Lyons. The updates generally include replacement of four total PRVs and some minor pipe modifications and replacement within the PRV vaults. The Town will procure the PRVs and the contractor will be responsible for removing the existing PRVs and installing the new ones. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and installing all other pipe and fittings. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to accept the Bid in whole, or portions of the Bid that, in the opinion of the Town Board, is in the best interest of the Town.
