The project consists of the renovation of the historic Colville Public Library, approximately 9,980 square feet in size. The primary scope of work includes the installation of a new elevator. Construction will include all associated site work, utility improvements, and building renovations necessary to complete the project. Sealed bids for the construction described will be received at the office of City Clerk at City Hall, 170 Oak Street, Colville, Washington. Bids delivered in person will be received only at the office of City Clerk. Mail-in or emailed bids will not be considered. Bids must be completed on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the BID PROPOSAL FORM. No bidder may withdraw or modify their bid after the hour set for opening thereof, unless contract award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 days.
