Work consists of remodeling an existing building of 4,508 SF and converting it into a 14 licensed bed crisis stabilization unit which will provide patient and staff supporting amenities, site work; new condensing units and generator, new canopy and addition of exterior courtyard; site work and other work related thereto on an existing site currently in use and occupied by the Owner as an alley between adjacent buildings.
