Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Colville, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and 65,000-square-foot, 160-bed detention facility.
Scope: The project consists of approximately 65,000 square feet of a 160 bed jail including sallyport, intake/processing, infirmary, kitchen, laundry, correctional staff offices & work space. Some additional court space is also planned as part of the overall scope of work. Pre-Bid: There will be no Pre Proposal Conference. As of September 19, 2025, this project is early design, waiting for the architect to come back with a new set of documents.
