Project to provide for the installation of a PVC liner for the City of Colville Swimming Pool and associated improvements, included but not limited to: The city will remove and dispose of existing liner and underlayment (City will not be responsible for final prep work before re-installation) Remove and reinstall the existing bulkhead (City will remove/relocate and assist with reinstallation of the bulkhead) Install new underlayment and 60 mil thick PVC liner (liner to terminate at top of pool wall) Replace existing pool markings Connections to all existing portholes, pipe entrances, drains, fittings, and gutters Provide and install (8) InteleBright 5G White LED pool lights (Arch. Series 120V 26W Provide and install (2) 24" square mud frames with (4) 12" square flat grates (VGB series) The city will provide pool deck access The city will provide restroom facilities for the project The liner replacement will need to be completed by May 22, 2026. The estimated budget for requested service and materials is $350,000.00. Each BID must be accompanied by a BID bond or deposit payable to the OWNER for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A certified check may be used in lieu of a BID bond or deposit. A performance and a payment bond in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the CONTRACT PRICE, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. The City shall have the right to reject any or all bids in any way incomplete or irregular.
