Ben Franklin Transit is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors interested in providing services for the Three Rivers Transit Center Security Window Upgrades. Contractors are required to comply with all applicable Equal Opportunity laws and regulations. Disadvantaged and Women-owned Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, or national origin. Contractors must abide by all federal, state, and local rules and regulations, including WISHA and OSHA.
