Renovation of an educational facility in Reardan, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited from qualified Contractors for the Reardan High School HVAC Upgrade project. Bid proposals must be submitted according to the Bidding Requirements and Contract Documents as prepared by ALSC Architects, P.S. Project documents can be obtained digitally at no cost, or printed for a refundable deposit. General Contractors may obtain two sets of documents, and Mechanical and Electrical contractors may obtain one set upon deposit. Bidders are required to register as a plan holder. A Pre-Bid Conference and site tour at Reardan High School is highly recommended. Bid Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Architect and include a bid security of five (5%) percent of the bid amount, ensuring that, if accepted, the Bidder will enter into a formal contract and provide required Performance and Payment Bonds. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or waive informalities or irregularities. All bids on Public Works over $100,000 must include names of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical subcontractors to be used. Failure to name such subcontractors renders the bid nonresponsive and void. A mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours requirement applies to the construction contract.
