RFI Due Wednesday, May 6, 2026, by 1:00 P.M All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed via email to the District to Lance Brown at LBrown@Lodiusd.net HMC Architects Project No. 34310HMC Architects Project No. 3431009-000 Permit Application No. B2025-0282 APN04931027 o Modifications to the existing server room including removal of existing wall, ADA signage upgrades and fire sprinkler replacements. o Other work as shown in the documents and as required for a complete an operational project. o Pay prevailing wage. o Provide Insurance and Bonds To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors' license(s): "B" or "C-16 The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the District a cashier's check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the Lodi Unified School District, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, shall accompany the Bid Form and Proposal, as a guarantee that the Bidder will, within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the Notice of Award, enter into a contract with the District for the performance of the services as stipulated in the bid. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the Contract for the Work. RFI Due Wednesday, May 6, 2026, by 1:00 P.M. 1. Substantial Completion Date December 29, 2026 2. Complete Minor Finish Work December 29, 2026 3. Complete Punch List Work December 30, 2026 4. If the District awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made.
