Solicitation for the delivery of all materials required to refurbish horticulture greenhouses in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and specifications. The bidded equipment must comply with all Federal, state, and local regulations, codes, and standards, including the latest editions of the International Building Code, NFPA, Life Safety Code, OSHA, American Correctional Association Standards, and other relevant regulations. Manufacturers’ recommendations will be required to be implemented. Each offeror must include a specification sheet and any submittal information about the products offered in their quotation, be registered in SAM.gov, and complete the necessary representations and certifications when submitting a quotation. The contractor and any subcontractors must be reputable and provide certification and documented proof of experience and competency upon request. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical acceptability, past performance, and price. Items delivered will be inspected for quality and acceptability, and any deviations in specifications, quality, or brand will result in refusal or return at the vendor’s expense.
