This is a request for quotes for the acquisition of Sound Testing Services at Edwards AFB and Nellis AFB. The contract will be a single award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) with a 5-year ordering period. Interested parties who believe they can meet all requirements are invited to submit a complete written quote, including enough information for the Government to evaluate the requirements. Offerors may utilize the attached SF1449 for quote information and must provide information and pricing for all contract line items. Quotes must be submitted via email, not exceeding 10MB in size. Required information to be provided with the quote includes: SAM UEI, TIN Number, CAGE Code, Contractor Name, Payment Terms (NET 30) or Discount, Point of Contact Name and Phone Number, Email address, Price, Warranty, Date Offer Expires, FOB Destination, Delivery Lead Time or Period of Performance Terms, and Technical Approach. Quotations should be prepared in accordance with RFO 52.212-1 and will be evaluated based on Best Value Tradeoff, with Past Performance, Technical Capability, and Price as evaluation factors. All non-cost factors combined are significantly more important than price. The contract is 100% set aside for small business under NAICS 811310.
