The work consists of providing comprehensive flooring removal and installation services under a single-award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity contract. Services include the removal of existing flooring materials and the furnishing and installation of new flooring in accordance with the Performance Work Statement dated 1 May 2026. All work will be executed through firm-fixed-price task orders and performed in compliance with the Air Force Furnishings Commodity Council Carpet II Mandatory Use Program. Contractors will perform as Tier II installers and are required to procure all flooring materials exclusively from mandatory Tier I source contractors. Material pricing is established as not-to-exceed by the Tier I manufacturers and must be treated strictly as a direct pass-through, with no additional cost, fee, overhead, or profit added by the installer. Questions or requests for clarification regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist. All questions must be received NO LATER THAN 12:30 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT) on Monday, 8 June 2026.
