The Port of Edmonds is seeking bids from experienced, well-qualified construction companies for the North Portwalk and Seawall Reconstruction Phase II project #2026-577. The scope of work includes providing labor, materials, equipment, and installation of port provided materials necessary for: construction of the south parking lot, demolition of the existing administrative building, upgrade of electrical service for M and N docks and Guest Moorage, water stub for a Phase III restroom building, construction of a new parking lot access, and asphalt overlay of areas of the south end parking lot, per all plans and specifications. The project will require adherence to all specified plans, prevailing wage, and utilization of apprentices.
