Description

Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Cornelia, Georgia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the following: installation of new toe drains, modifications to the outlet control structure, constructing a catwalk to the outlet control structure, building a concrete retaining wall, demolition of the raw water tower, and miscellaneous site piping. All work must be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications within 90 consecutive calendar days. The contract will encompass all of the work described.
