Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform a complete LED Type-B lighting fixture replacement for a two-level parking structure. Work includes conducting a pre-installation survey to verify existing fixture quantities, types, mounting configurations, and electrical infrastructure; removing and disposing of all existing ceiling-mounted, hanging, and wall-mounted light fixtures and associated housings, wiring, and mounting hardware; and installing entirely new LED Type-B, ballast-free, direct-wire fixtures. New fixtures shall be 5000K, industrial or vapor-tight grade, suitable for parking structure environments, UL listed, DLC Premium listed, compliant with California Title 24, and compatible with existing 277V electrical service. The scope covers approximately 385 fixtures within Parking Lot P2 and 56 fixtures along the ramps between Parking Lots P1 and P2, with final quantities determined by contractor verification. Work also includes installation of new mounting hardware, rewiring for direct line voltage, coordination with VA facilities staff, provision of illumination design meeting IESNA requirements for safety and uniformity, delivery of 5 percent spare fixtures, training of VA personnel, submission of operation and maintenance manuals, and complete cleanup of the work areas. All work shall be performed during weekends only to minimize disruption to VA operations and patient care services.
