Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Homer, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for replacing the roof of the Banks County Courthouse. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidental items of cost necessary to complete the roof replacement project. The work will be awarded in one contract. The successful bidder must furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty, consisting of a bond, certified check, or negotiable instrument, in the amount of 5% of the total bid, as assurance that the bidder will execute contractual documents as required within a specified time. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to readvertise.
