Reference number: 20147257 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-06-08 A tendering process is to be held for each tender Option 1A: 3-year contract with FULL maintenance of the new arena Option 1B: 3-year contract with PARTIAL maintenance of the new arena Option 2A: 5-year contract with FULL maintenance of the new arena Option 2B: 5-year contract with PARTIAL maintenance of the new arena Electronic tender submission accepted No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 60 Description 1.1 Subject of the call for tenders Through this call for tenders, the municipality is requesting bids for the planned maintenance of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and controls on certain municipal buildings. Option 1A 3-year contract (2026 to 2029) including full maintenance of the new arena Option 1B 3-year contract (2026 to 2029) including partial maintenance of the new arena Option 2A 5-year contract (2026 to 2031) including full maintenance of the new arena Option 2B 5-year contract (2026 to 2031) including partial maintenance of the new arena System maintenance will be carried out as described below regardless of the contract duration. - For all buildings except the new arena: Partial maintenance which consists of: Air-conditioning systems; Refrigeration systems (excluding ammonia systems); Dehumidification systems; Boilers; Controls / automation. The future city hall, whose work is scheduled to start at the end of May 2026, is excluded from this mandate and will form part of an amendment following the award of the mandate when all technical information on the installed equipment is known by the City. - For the new arena, a price must be given for each of the two options: Option A: Complete maintenance of electromechanical systems and their controls, including maintenance of fans, belts and filters, humidifiers, air heaters, etc. Option B: Partial maintenance including the same items as for all other buildings. For the new arena, at the end of each contract year, the City has the right to switch from one option to another (A or B).
