Reference number: 20148712 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-06-11 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender Option 1 : one year Option 2 : Three year Option 3 : Five year Electronic tender submission accepted No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 60 1.1 Purpose of the tender The City of Sept-Iles is inviting tenders for the operation of its snow depot. The contract will be awarded under one of the following options: - Option 1: One year (from 15 November 2026 to 15 April 2027) - Option 2: Three years (from 15 November 2026 to 15 April 2029) - Option 3: Five years (from 15 November 2026 to 15 April 2031) The snow storage site is located north of Rue Saint-Laurent, near the junction with Rue Rochette and Rue Smith in Sept-Iles. 3.1 Contract description The successful tenderer shall provide the necessary personnel and machinery to ensure efficient and rapid snow clearance at the snow storage site. This contract includes the blowing and storage of snow at the depot and the maintenance of a surface area large enough to accommodate a minimum of 20 lorries from the Truckers' Association as well as lorries from the City of Sept-Iles that simultaneously transport blown snow. The successful tenderer is aware that under no circumstances must the streets bordering the snow depot be obstructed by snow transported by lorries.
