Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Dalvay by the Sea, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The objective is the removal of existing wood shingle roofing and the installation of a new steel roofing system at the Dalvay Administration Building. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Statement of Work. The bid must be submitted following a two-submission procedure. The contractor should ensure provision of specific and agreed upon benefits for Indigenous People and Indigenous Businesses in the Area of the Contract.
